Sustainable team building in Amsterdam

A programme of about 2 hours at our circular urban mushroom farm in Amsterdam-Noord: a welcome, a guided tour of the farm and a hands-on workshop in which everyone starts their own grow kit. You go home with that kit, fresh mushrooms and recipes.

Groups of 6 to 30 people. With 6–9 people you join an open Saturday workshop, together with other participants. With 10–15 people you have the session to yourselves. From 16 people we work with two sessions, back to back or side by side. Fewer than 6? Simply book individual tickets (€50 per person) for the English workshop on Saturday.

From 10 people, yes: your booking reserves the whole session and no other participants join. With 6–9 people you join an open Saturday workshop, together with other participants.

6–9 people: €50 per person (from €300) in an open Saturday workshop, 10–15 people: €45 per person (€450–€675) as a private session, 16–30 people: two sessions, custom quote. All prices include VAT, the farm tour, the workshop and a grow kit for every participant.

Yes. The whole programme can be run in English or in Dutch, which makes it a good fit for international teams.

The open workshops are on Saturdays. On weekdays we schedule a session for teams on request: tell us your preferred date in the request form.

Tuintje van Adam is a circular urban farm: we grow mushrooms on residual streams from the city, about 600 grow bags a day, and supply more than 50 Amsterdam restaurants. Used substrate becomes mycelium compost for city gardens. Your team sees that loop with their own eyes on the tour — a natural fit for CSR and sustainability goals.

Everyone takes home their own grow kit with a species of their choice: oyster mushrooms in several colours, lion’s mane or shiitake. You also get fresh mushrooms and recipes to cook with.

No. The programme works for everyone — from foodies to colleagues who have never picked a mushroom. It is hands-on, interactive and above all fun to do together.

The farm is about 15 minutes from Amsterdam Centraal: take the free ferry, then bus 35 or 36. By car? Parking at the farm costs €0.10 for the first three hours (Meteorenweg 272, Amsterdam-Noord).

Both: the programme is partly inside the farm and partly outdoors on the grounds. Dress for the season; we take care of everything else.

Yes, through the request form: we invoice afterwards, with 30 days to pay. Include your billing details (company name, address and any purchase order or reference number). If you book online, you pay online straight away.

We are happy to help arrange lunch or drinks around the programme, on the green Noordoogst grounds. Mention your wishes in the request form.

Groups of up to 15 people book online on one of our workshop dates: 6–9 people with individual tickets for an open workshop, 10–15 people as a private session on a date nobody has booked yet.
